These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Market Prism ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Market Prism is a financial narrative intelligence platform that applies proprietary analytical models to publicly available market data, news, SEC filings, and social signals. The Platform generates narrative classifications, sentiment scores, trading signals, fair value estimates, and related analytical outputs.
All content, data, signals, scores, and analytical outputs provided through the Platform are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. The Platform is designed to help users understand market narratives and sentiment dynamics; it is not designed to serve as a sole basis for any investment decision.
Nothing on the Market Prism platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer of financial advisory services. Market Prism is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. No fiduciary relationship is created between Market Prism and any user of the Platform.
All signals, scores, verdicts, narrative classifications, fair value estimates, and other analytical outputs are proprietary model outputs generated by automated systems. They reflect algorithmic interpretation of publicly available data and do not represent the opinions or recommendations of any licensed financial professional.
Past results, model outputs, and historical accuracy metrics are not indicative of future performance. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and no analytical system can guarantee accuracy or profitable outcomes. You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you are participating in Market Prism's beta program, you acknowledge that the Platform is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Beta access is provided on an as-is basis and may be revoked at any time without prior notice. Beta access is non-transferable and may be subject to usage limits.
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, analytical models, user interfaces, content, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Market Prism and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Market Prism's analytical technology is patent-pending under U.S. Provisional Patent Applications No. 63/971,470 and No. 63/971,478. All rights are reserved.
The Market Prism name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Market Prism. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Market Prism uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any data, signals, scores, or analytical outputs provided through the Platform.
Data is sourced from third-party providers, public filings, and other publicly available sources. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in underlying source data. Market data may be delayed and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET PRISM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.
This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from reliance on signals, scores, verdicts, fair value estimates, or any other analytical output provided by the Platform. You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, and that you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
In no event shall Market Prism's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Market Prism in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Prism and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Market Prism reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform interface.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Market Prism may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
